Magnets

While wandering around at the RU, I encountered Sandra, who is a PhD student working at Physical Chemistry department and High Field Magnetic Laboratory (HFML). I joined her for a few minutes, getting a preview of the magnets at the HFML. I’m looking forward to planning a more extended visit, talking to women working with the (for me) unfamiliar world of magnets at the boundary between chemistry and physics.

It’s all about the numbers.
